Rules and Regulations
- Contact the superintendent at 217.897.6542 or email to : fivestarlamb@yahoo.com by Friday, July 8, 2011, to reserve all pens. Cannot guarantee
space availability after July 8th. Information needed: exhibitor name, breed, number of head, and contact phone number.
- Health papers will be collected upon arrival Tuesday night, July 12, 2011***
- The Fair reserves the right to refuse any and all entries at the discretion of the sheep committee.
- The Fair reserves the right to move exhibitors’ possessions as necessary.
- Sheep Show will be judged at 8:00 a.m. (CST) Thursday, July 14, 2011 in the livestock show ring.
- Registration papers must be submitted to the superintendent upon show day.
- All livestock must be in place by 10:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 12, 2011.
Entries will be accepted at 8:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
- Flock shall consist of ewe lamb, ewe one year or older, and any ram.
- Camper Fee - $40.00 during fair week
