Rules and Regulations
- Contact the superintendent at 217.778.9644 or email to: adenny2@gmail.com by Friday, July 8, 2011, to reserve all space. Cannot guar¬antee space availability after July 8. Information needed: exhibitor name, breed, number of head, and contact phone number.
- All tack must be kept along the side of the aisle, and not against the stall fence.
- The Fair reserves the right to move exhibitors’ possessions as neces¬sary.
- Release time scheduled for after 3:00 p.m., Friday, July 15, 2011.
- All breed heifers must be on site by 10:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 12, 2011.
- All entries will be accepted at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
- Pair classes can be exhibited by immediate family members only.
- Camper Fee - $40.00 During fair week
