FISHER FAIR 5K RUN/FUN WALK

The Fisher Fair 5K Run is a qualifier for the All Area 5K Championship Circuit. For information, go to - www.pblunit10.com/allarea5k.

RACE COURSE is generally flat with a few short uphill and downhill grades. It starts and ends at the fairgrounds and is run on city streets within the residential areas of Fisher. No pets, bicycles, roller blades, or strollers are allowed.

PARKING is available near the starting line at the fairgrounds. No parking will be permitted along the course.

ENTRY FEE is $20.00 with T-shirt or $12.00 without T-shirt for prerace entries. Preregistration deadline is July 6. Race day entry fee is $22.00 with T-shirt or $14.00 without T-shirt. Availability of T-shirts is not guaranteed to participants registering on race day. No refunds will be given to registered participants.

PACKET PICKUP & RACE DAY REGISTRATION is from 6:30 to 7:30 A.M. at the fairgrounds in Glades Hall.

WATER STATIONS. Water will be available at approximately mile one and two and at the finish line.

FINISH CHUTE. Finishing times will be recorded by Second Wind Running Club. Your race number must be pinned to the front of your shirt. Race officials will collect the perforated portion of each participant’s number.

FACILITIES & REFRESHMENTS. Water, electrolyte replacement drinks, and fruit will be supplied after the race. Restrooms and showers are located on the fairgrounds. First aid and ambulance service will be available.

AWARDS CEREMONY & DRAWING will be at approximately 9:30 A.M. in Glades Hall. All children ages 10 and under will receive a ribbon for finishing the race. A drawing for various door prizes will be held prior to the awards ceremony. A Grand Prize from Great Harvest Bread Co. will be awarded at the end of the awards ceremony. You must be present to win a door prize.

Overall Winners Trophies will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers.		Individual Category Winners Plaques and medallions will be awarded to the first three finishers in each age group category.
